Important: Record a parcel opening video when you receive your order. Claims without this video will not be considered.

Returns: Accepted within 7 days for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered in 5-7 business days

Customized items cannot be returned unless damaged in transit with video proof.

Refunds: The refund will be credited to customers account within 7-10 working days through original payment method

Damaged Items: Report within 24 hours with parcel opening video and photos. Replacement or full refund provided.

Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged item is delivered.

Notes: Minor variations in handcrafted items are normal and not considered as defects. Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
