- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and items so we can assess and resolve the issue.

- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed or refused, we may reship it at your expense or issue a refund minus shipping costs, according to our discretion.
